Incorrect password on my Wi-Fi until I unplug and plug again the router

I share my Wi-Fi with my neighbor and about once a month she tells me that the internet is down for her on her computer and phone when it is working perfectly well for me. Her computer asks for the password of the Wi-Fi in order to connect and it says that it is incorrect when I did not touch the router or change the password. I have to unplug the optic fiber and plug it again and then it works. Do you have any idea as to why it is happening? And only to her? I never have that kind of problem and my computer never asks for the password when it connects to my Wi-Fi as it recognizes it right away.

Sounds strange. She has to use the password every time she connects? It's not saved in her connections list? That makes me wonder. How often does she use your Wi-Fi and how far from the router is she located?
