Running Skype on Windows 7 PC

I have a Windows 7 PC connected to the internet by AT&T DSL at 3 - 5 Million megabits per second. Is this sufficient to run Skype?

inspirion 5305 desk top, windows 7 professional, Intel 2140 processor @1.6 Ghz, 2.0 GB, and 32 bit OS

    Wow, you can do whatever you want with that bandwith ;)

    Asumming you meant 3-5 Mbps, then you would be fine using skype.
