I’m trying to transfer a signature through GotomyPC

I've logged in to a PC remotely using GotomyPC. The PC which I've logged in to has a form I want to sign using e-signature software. I'm on the remote PC, I've installed all the software I need, I've plugged the USB signature track pad in, I go to sign the form and the signature doesn't make it across. Is there any way around this? What can I do?

It's not unusual for such features not to work over remote access connections. Remote intruders happily take advantage otherwise. We can't help overcome such measures unless you can show that (1) it's a bug, and (2) vendors of the products can't figure out a good fix or workaround.

How much more can you tell us about the problem?

Which PC is the software installed on? Is it on both? You could have an issue if it is on a different PC than the one the form exists on, it might need it at both ends if you are attempting to sign from one to another.
