I recently added an Outlook addin (it only has a menu with one menu item on it). It's working properly on my Windows desktop installation but I can't figure out how to do it on a Citrix XenApp environment.
I can install it but when Outlook is running, it goes into the "Inactive Application Addins" when I'm viewing it in the Trust Center menu. If I open the Manage COM Addins menu, it displays "Load at Startup" as
my addin's Load Behavior. When I try to activate it manually from this
menu, nothing happens. When I open it again, Load Behavior will change
to "Not Loaded. The Managed Add-in Loader failed to initialize."
What can I do to solve my issue?
