illegal circullar use:coEmailer lotus notes

i have a personalised notes template on my server and after redoing another server i had to refresh replace the template design. the new template comes but with the notice illegal circullar use coemailer which has to be clicked several times before the template can be used the same when sending after completing the message what do i do
