iSeries FTP mget from PC not always getting files

iSeries FTP job doing mget from PC not always showing and getting the files then mdelete deletes the files on PC it shows that on pc but in iSeries no files are shown, other times the job works.  Using pasv and ascii modes files are .txt files on PC.

Issue appears to be old test system job running ftp and getting then deleting the files from pc before the production system ftp job runs.  

Checked firewall not blocking the responses from pc sometimes, all ip addresses for the ftp sites have to be allowed in the firewalls.

    Here is log of FTP job on i-series, there were files on pc but it doesn't show them in this log and mget doesn't work sometimes, on pc the mdelete must have worked because its  log shows ftp on files and then they are gone from pc.
