Hi.

Im familiar with VMware Vsphere and vCenter Server. You can create VMs using the vSphere however monitor any number of VMs and Hosts using the vCenter Server. The resource pool can be easily maintained using the vCenter Server which will also help you to extract resources from one host and utilize on VMs on other hosts.

May be you need to be more clear with your requirements first, and be clear with " desired project" then it will be easy to suggest most appropriate tool you require for performance monitoring, Performance monitoring will come with many other factors involved in it. Different tools will provide you with different features, some will provide with extra features that you may actually not require and you may have to count for extra money without any results. Share your exact requirements so that it will get easy to analyse and suggest.
