Are they accessible from any wired devices?

Is the correct CCTV app on your device? Is this app correctly configured IP address etc. Please check.

When you switched the to wired from wireless, what hardware did you remove/change if any?  You may have removed the wi-fi router that gave you access, it could have a new IP address or password. Without know the specifics of your current hardware and set up we can only make "best guess" answers to your dilemma.

Did you make the changes to get from wireless to wired directly, or paid someone else to do it?

If someone else did it for you, that person is probably the one that should tell you how to access the cameras now.

Probably, the CCTV that you brought & configured at your place, must have some kind of App that helps to view these camera. You may ask the vendor/ the service persons for the same. It is needed this vendor's app to download/ configure on your Samsung tab.

Are you viewing all the cameras on the monitor? The person(s) who configured all of these physically probably they gave the names of camera(s) like Camera 1, Camera 2 or something like this.
