Here is a program that could help you just doing that.
    PGM
/* THIS PROGRAM TRACKS REMOTE OUTQ'S DEFINED WITH FIXED INTERNET ADDRESS */
/* AFTER RUNNING THIS PROGRAM EXECUTE FOLLOWIN SQL STMT +
    DELETE FROM $$PDR/SPOOLOUTQS WHERE SUBSTR(SPOOLOUTQS, 2 , 6) <> 'Que     +
    ue:' AND SUBSTR(SPOOLOUTQS, 2 , 6) <> 'Remote'                           +
         AND SUBSTR(SPOOLOUTQS, 2 , 6) <> 'Intern'                           +
                                                                             */
/* THEN SCAN THE FILE FOR *INTNETADR TO HARVEST OUTQS WITH FIXED ADRESSES */

    DCLF QADSPOBJ

                 DSPOBJD    OBJ(*ALL/*ALL) OBJTYPE(*OUTQ) +
                              OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) OUTFILE(QTEMP/OUTQD)
                 OVRDBF     FILE(QADSPOBJ) TOFILE(QTEMP/OUTQD)
                 CRTPF      FILE($$PDR/SPOOLOUTQS) RCDLEN(132) SIZE(100000)
    READ:
    RCVF
                 MONMSG     MSGID(CPF0864) EXEC(RETURN)

                 WRKOUTQD   OUTQ(&ODLBNM/&ODOBNM) OUTPUT(*PRINT)
                 CPYSPLF    FILE(QPDSPSQD) TOFILE($$PDR/SPOOLOUTQS) +
                              SPLNBR(*LAST) MBROPT(*ADD)
                 GOTO READ

The program will get all outqueue descriptions into a file. From there on you need to process the file to get the list you want.
On the systems I administer the IP's are listed in the host table (CFGTCP option 10) and the description of the remote outq uses the names associated with the IP adress. Makes it easy when IP adresses have to be changed.
