Hey all, I am having a issue with some computers at the office not being able to click hyperlinks in Outlook 2007 and in one of our warehouse programs. I suspect it is a victim of an update because I don't believe any of them use Internet Explorer I think they all switched to Firefox. Any suggestions on solutions would be appreciated.
Software/Hardware used: Outlook 2007, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Windows XP
I had this problem in the past, and solved it by doing as FranktheTank suggests -- setting the defaults to Outlook and IE (and then changing them afterward). I guess that's the hack that works best.
Started messing around with it. Every time i clicked on a hyperlink either to a web page or email it said i lacked permissions. So I ended up going and setting the defaults and restarting outlook and it all worked again.
