    Need some more information than what you gave. Not being able to connect is very broad as a problem.

    It could be timing out, pooling issues or something else simple. I'd check your connection string info and see if you need to make a change. I this a new problem or an ongoing one? It may be an issue where the connection may be dropping due to heavy traffic and limited bandwidth to support a solid connection.

    It could be a number of things, including ones that might be out of your control, depending on how your networks are connected.
