If a shortcut is not working on your desktop, you can do one of two things:

1.  Delete the shortcut, locate the programs in the programs menu, right click it, and then hit Send To, and then Desktop.  That is, if you are using Windows.

2.  The other is right click the shortcut icon, go to properties, and then repair the path.  If you are not sure of the path, then option 1 is the easiest way to go.

This is probably a phonetic words that you were used. As this is a forum, you have to use an international language like English, that can understand all members. Please translate your language in English and back with proper details.

Assuming shortcut meant, system shortcuts like computer/recycle bin etc. If it is true, open user folder from c drive (assuming windows 7) then click current user name (main Login user) where you can find appdata (a folder) inside this there is a folder called Local, there is a file iconcache.db file, now rename it as oldiconcache.db. Now shut down the computer and restart it. Before doing, please take backup of iconcache file. Or you can right click to navigate personalize, from here you can restore the same, if any.

The shortcut for which program or app? Are you getting an error message or nothing at all? You can right click it, go to properties and see the path for the target to launch the program or app. Does it still exist or has it been removed?

I would go with creating another shortcut straight from the program delete the old one first as it may be a technical problem with current shortcut
