Your question is not making sense to me. I must be missing something.
What is a KLIST program? To me KLIST is just a definition of the access path to the file.
MVR is Move Remainder.

Your question is not real clear. KLIST has to do with a composite key for accessng files (with opcodes like chain, reade, etc.) MVR is the opcode for Move Remainder and deals with mathmatical division. This opcode will give you the remainder after a division (example: converting minutes to hours and minutes if you have 100 minutes. The MVR would result in 40minutes as the remainder.)
Can you provide more detail on what you are trying to do and we can give you more assistance.
