How to setup my Belkin n150 router as a access point

I'm using a Belkin N450bd router as the wireless for my house now. I have an upstairs bedroom where my signal is weak and I have a Belkin n150 router I would like to use as a access point. Would like to know the complete process on how to achieve this. My IP address for my router running my wireless is 192.168.2.1 and subnet mask is 255.255.255.0 any other info u may need just ask and I will get it.
