Hello, we are creating B2B software (GedAI we call it) and currently working on data archiving/compliance/retention policy.
CORE of bussines: Sync with outlook, slack, gsuite, Exchange, Office 365, Icewarp and storing all the data on clients server, but accessing to them via GedAI.
GDPR ready with auditor roles, gdpr reports, all will (hopefuly) be totally ok in case of reverse engineering / law processes PROBLEM: How to set up GLOBAL data retention policy + compliance policy? (per user will orride global, but I don't need that)? How to set up delete policy- if employee lefts, what is the righ policy and next steps how to work with his data? Thanks a lot, I appreciate everything ull write to me :)
