How to safety surf on the deep web? I already got Tor, but I have found hard to navigate there since sites are addressed differently than on regular web. I want to be able to surf there safety and anonymously. I have no intention on doing anything illegal, just curious about it.

Todd brings up a good point, get a cheap laptop or computer and create dummy accounts, nothing that can tie your name to it. Then you should, no must, get a program that will change your MAC address.  Technitium is a good one and it is free.  Lastly do NOT use your IP address.  Go through another ISP via VPN.  There are sites out there that cost anywhere from $5 to $12 a month.  By completing these two steps, in this order, you have changed your MAC address and also your IP address so that it looks like to are connecting from another state or country.  Now, by doing this, your connection will be slower, so do not expect anything to come across your screen at the normal speed that you are used to.

My suggestion is buy a cheap laptop or computer, never use any real, personal info on your computer for accounts and only use public wi-fi hotspots, never your home network.
