    Can you add some details on what it is you are trying to do here? I'm not sure what you mean by running dual internet - but you can certainly run a regular network with Internet access, VPN, and more running simultaneosly. You mention manual IP's - is this where you are hoping to make something dual? Is it needing two static IP addresses from one connection? Please add more information.
