What is drive.bat and why do you want to remove it?
When was it created, or seen for the first time?
What were you doing where the files were moved?
Are you using some kind of software to manage the hard drive?

The problem is solve. My external was not the problem but my laptop. Everytime I connect my external to my laptop it will make  the files and folders moved to a hidden folder and a drive.bat will appear. But I deleted it when I used a different laptop and it was okay again. Now, I don't know what's wrong with my laptop. I scanned it using baidu anti virus but there is no error or any threats. What should I do?

You should try scanning it with some other tool.

I would recommend Malwarebytes. It has helped me find threats other anti-malware programs didn't catch.

It is recommended to download, install and run the program while being in safe mode.

I can't access my safe mode. Settings, msconfig and regedit. I can't access them. regedit open then closes by itself. when I click setting and msconfig nothing happens.

Something is definitely wrong with that machine.

Try installing Malwarebytes and scan the computer even if you can't do it from safe mode.  It might be able to find and remove malware.

If you able to login and access Windows desktop, you can download MWAV (an instant scanner & not necessary to install) and scan/ clean this in normal start up. If you will get success, restart it again and it could boot in safe mode. From here you can again do full scan to ensure there is no viruses.
