What Outlook version are you using now? IS there an Exchange Sever? Is this your office/ for personal use? What happened before deletion ? Why have you deleted even from Server?

Recovery of any deleted items always depends on what was done (or not done) prior to deletion. Any recovery always relies upon a copy existing somewhere. Since copies might exist in millions of places, we couldn't possibly list even a small fraction of things that might be done. Nor would anyone want to list a bunch of possibilities only to have them shot down afterwards by being told "But I didn't do xxx...".

In short, we need to know about the environment, especially any related configuration elements.
