My default database is in Oracle 9i after migrating to Oracle 11g.
  1. I stuck with error ORA 01003 no statement parse
  2. Some of my application forms (Oracle forms and reports 6i) not working with 11g.
  3. My database (user transactions) are updated after migration
So I need to downgrade my DB with updated table data to Oracle 9i.

Software/Hardware used:
Hp Proliant Server Win server 2003 for 9i 32bit and Win server 2012 for 11g 64bit

I know of a company that has been running hundreds of forms and reports version 6i on Oracle 11g R2 without any issue, for years.

I think you should not give up.  Don't go back to version 9, which is way too old.

Try to solve the problems you are having, and take advantage of the many new features that exist in version 11.

As a side not, even though it is now a little too late for this recommendation:  Never migrate/upgrade to a new version of a product without having tested it thoroughly in a test environment first.
