How to give coworker administrator access to one program?

So the client is using a program that has administrator feature on the program. The client has regular access to the program but with "open as Administrator", she gets full access to program. I don't want the client asking me everyday to input the admin pass so she can use one program. I was wondering if there is a way to let her use "open as administrator" for one of the programs. I don't want her to get full access because she may abuse or misuse full administrator rights.

How did she get full access without system admin's nods? You mentioned program, but what type of program is it? Is it a general software/customize program that your company runs? Why are you not asking the person who takes cares of the whole system?

Ah, I see where I made the mistake. That is my fault, I should have clarified better. So the program is Macro Editor (basic access she can create a code but with full access she can run the code as well and record all the key strokes). Now the employee only has access to basic access unless she clicks on "Open as Administrator" and requires a password from me. So my questions is: Can I give her Admin access to use for just one program? If not, I will find a different macro editor program.

Who is the software vendor of the program? There are numerous ones out there and each may have it own security.

What Macro Editor is there? Is it IBM Visual Macro Editor or from other vendor? Whatever it is, there is Help menu, first of all you can see the Help menu and there are numerous topics, select the relevant one that suits. Or contact their Official website for more help. If it is IBM, please check here: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSXKAY_9.5.0/com.ibm.hats.doc/mac_vme.htm
