How to export a shared mailbox in Outlook 2007

I have a shared mailbox, that i want to export using File > Import & Export, preferably into an excel or access file. how can i do so, this is of critical importance.

Open the mailbox in its own profile first.
Close Outlook. Go into the control panel and change to classic view. Open the mail icon. Select the show profiles button and make sure that “prompt for a profile” is selected.
Open Outlook and when you are prompted for the profile choose the “new” button and create a profile for the shared mailbox. Open this profile and perform your export.
