You might want to give us more details about your need.
I think you won’t be able to give more than one “display name” to one mailbox.

Depending on what you need, you might get it working with multiple mailboxes (one for each display name you need).
For mail received, they can all be accessed by a user or group of users. You can even configure each mailbox properties in order to all mail received be forwarded to a “central” mailbox…
To send email, you can rely on features like “Send As” or “Send on Behalf of”. Using this mail sent appear to be form another mailbox.
