You can navigate here http://www.any-audio-converter.com/free-cda-to-mp3-converter.php to try the same. Also try Freerip which is free.

I'm must apologize for my typo error. I meant to say that I want to convert CDA to MP3+G.. I have many CD+Graphics karaoke cd's that I would like to rip into my KJ songbook, Power Karaoke Pro, etc., but they aren't recognized by my software because they are written in a CDA file format. These seem to be different from the regular CDG Karaoke discs that convert easily.   My Power/Siglos software needs the bin file for graphics but it seems most evasive..

I can convert to MP3 but cannot seem to rip the graphics to go with it.

     Thank you for your help.

1.Open Windows Media Player and switch to Library Mode.
2.Hit “Organize” and then click “Options” from the Tool menu. And then you will see “Rip Music” and “Rip settings”.
3.Click “Rip Music” tab from the pop-up options window. From the column of “Rip settings”, choose “MP3” from the “Format” list as well as make sure “Rip CD automatically” is unchecked. Select Audio quality by adjusting the slider, and click “OK”.
4.Insert the audio CD to the computer DVD/CD drive, and a CD track listing will appear automatically. Check out the tracks you need to convert, and click “Rip CD” in the toolbar to start to convert CDA to MP3.

You might be able to do it using VideoLAN VLC media player convert and save feature. I don't have a CDG file to test it though.
