    To the some extent this job related to hardware part. And this is a server also, where lots of backups/ users may connect & necessary settings are there ! (hope so). It is better to call a hardware expert/ an IBM person who can do this job without any risk.

    What do you mean by "clear bios"? BIOS should never be "cleared". Are you wanting to reset the BIOS back to the factory default settings?
