How to change colors on tablet to match computer and phone

So I am currently trying to make a web comic using a drawing app on my tablet (it's an Android galaxy tab 3). My process is drawing it on the tablet, then transporting the files to the computer to do some more editing and then to upload it, but every time I transfer an image from my tablet to the computer, the colors of the picture are very different. They usually become very unsaturated and boring compared to how I drew it. I think this is a tablet problem because it happens when I look at the pictures on my phone too. Is there a way I can change the colors on my tablet so that I can get a more realistic idea of how my comic will look everywhere else?

What file format are you using and you may want to check the color pallet and resolution for the PC.The higher the resolution and possible colors may results in them being off.  It may also be the RGB setting as well as the HUE and TINT are different. In that case you may just have to play with those to get the desired results. What OS are you using on the PC?

Why not you start your whole task on your PC from starting point? Ultimately you move your file to the PC for more editing, so why not you start the same on your PC? Have you updated your TAB? Check if there is an update available on your TAB, that can help to overcome this issue.
