    CMS or Content Management System is basically uses a database or create/ edit/ store html content in a manageable way.... There r lots, but here counting most promising cms are Frog CMS/ Content5 CMS and iWeb CMS. There r more in which drupal is also popular. Now this is ur wise decision to choose right one as per ur requirements.
