It all depends on the kind of stuff you are referring to. Images and other kinds of documents can most likely be copied, but Android applications will probably not be able to be installed directly on the computer.

What kind of stuff do you want to copy?
What is the computer's operating system?

As you mentioned android based phone, connect it with data cable to PCs USB port. The phone asks for USB share, just tap this, and select MTP (not camera). After that it shows like a drive on windows explorer. Double click and you can see all folders like Android / lost.dir / download / DCIM etc. Browse folders and you can copy files on computer. However OS is required and it can vary phone model to model.

These kinda questions are mostly asked by gamers. I think Chromecast will help you.

Chromecast, gamers? Okay so on a tip, this is a gamer(s) that is why in a point I'm getting ("how would one call it") hacked into, my phone?

Well,I'm getting pretty frustrated. It is shown by the wording that I'm using. So what I'm getting at is this (Sorry that I'm reflecting my intelligence, badly) Whether on a iPod or any device or from a far away distance. How is it that I'm getting "tapped into"?

And is there away to trace signals from a device (to be translated into sight what device, it is or, separate signals)?

What do exactly do you mean by "tapped into"?

Also, can you explain what you mean in this paragraph?

"And is there away to trace signals from a device,(to be translated into sight what device,it is or,separate signals)?"

Sorry, I just don't understand what you are talking about...
