My company wants me to build an excel dashboard that tracks their call center and they use Avaya CMS.
The difficulty I am having is that it would take weeks to pull Split/Skill Summary Interval reports and then copy, paste, and format it in excel. I'd be doing this every day to build a historical record to track it.
How can I automate this free of charge? I have very little knowledge of VBA, python, or perl and cannot find anything in the avaya documentation to help me find the best path.
If someone could walk me through approaching this correctly and help me learn the technical aspect, I would be thrilled.
