Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

It should be simple. If you have the flash drive connected via a USB port, try this.

Open File Explorer, locate the file you want to copy, right click it and select copy.
Now navigate the the USB drive and select the folder to put the file. Right Click and select paste.

Impossible to say. What type of device has the file? (Does it have a USB port?) What OS are you using? Do you need to do it programmatically?

From what system did you want to send file to flash drive? If it is a desktop/laptop, simply insert flash drive into a USB port, then it shows a file browser and then locate your file from your system & transfer the same to the flash drive. This is a common procedure. If you wanted to transfer from other than laptop/desktop, then please specify.

If you are looking to save file from web sites, it depends on a few factors. Are you looking to just copy it to the flash by right clicking the file and then save as? Are you downloading the file from a site or with an add-on or utility then looking to copy it? If downloading with these methods there may be a browser / app setting that sets the default directory for storing them. Last resort you can always search for the file name if you cannot find the directory.

Moreover, sometimes USB 2.0 or 3.0 can make a difference. If the case like that, it is necessary to download/install software driver for USB 3.0. However this is a rare case. Though it is most likely that (assuming), something is hidden inside your question which is required to disclose that can be helpful.
