Since automatic data update 2 days ago, I've not had connection to mobile network. This is my 1st "smart" phone (android OS 4.1 Jelly Bean) and I decided, due to my "newby" status, not to lock in for 2-yr plan. Instead, got phone at Kroger store/iwireless pre-paid plan... it uses the Sprint network. Not sure if any of this is helpful.... I just need my phone back... literally can't call out or receive... and it's my only phone! No landline. Thanks for any help!

Do you need to reset the smart phone or network. If you need to reset the network then better contact network operator. reset phone can be done with simple steps()[http://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03996997]
