Get a copy of third party software like winternals erd commander ,Active password changer .By using these kind of utilities you can find the SAM file of your OS and you can reset /clear the password.

    I too agree with the suggestion given by Sumeshbnr. According to me use of third party tool is the easiest and the fastest method to reset administrator password. In past, I have also used password recovery tool (I guess it was Stellar Phoenix Password Recovery) to successfully reset administrative password of my PC.

    First, you can try to log in from safe mode. You can also try to use reset disk if you prepared one in advance you forgot your password. If those two ways don't work for your PC, you can use Windows Login Recovery. You can use that software to create a reset disk or a new account. I think you can consider using it. Good luck!
