I have been having this on going issue with my new router that I purchased 1 year ago. Someone hacked into my router setting so I'm unable to access the router setting doing the 192.168.1.1 it says incorrect username/password. I did a hard reset on my new router yesterday and my SSID/PW was created, but I was unable to access the internet. So I come back this morning to trouble shoot and in my network noticed my router name was changed back to my old router. I cannot access to router via internet. I would like to delete everything that is associate with the old router setting to prevent from being hacked again. Thank you
