When I was trying to connect my printer to my computer, I accidentally added it to my network and I would like to remove it, but I don't know how to do that. Could someone help me out? I just don't like having it on my network.
By the way, this is a home network and it happened when I was trying to figure out what was wrong with my printer and downloaded HP Print and Scan and it downloaded the printer's basic programs, along with adding to my network.

Who is your sys admin person? Before did this have you asked him/her? Is this a password less system? How did you install it either by setup CD/any utility. Assuming this is an office, without knowing all of these not po0ssible to provide replies.

Home Network. I added it when I used HP Print and Scan Doctor to figure out what was wrong with my printer and that's when I downloaded the printers basic programs and added to my network.

First it is needed to stop the print spooler. Open command (CMD) & type net stop spooler. Now uninstall the printer driver from add/remove program. After that again start the spooler.

Is this printer connected by a cable or Wi-Fi connection? One requires a network connection the other does not.

Remove the basic programs it installed along with the driver. Re-install the driver only.
