I'm trying to update my subscriptions. I've read you need to do it in your profile. How can I get to my profile from the main page? I cannot find any links to it.

I used to get a bunch of daily digests, word-of-the-day, etc.   They used to go to my personal email.  I want them going to my work email, so I opened a new account with that email.  I'm not even sure how many different ones I was receiving, but I liked getting them.

I have no idea what the IT Knowledge Exchange profile link is.  All I know is I used to get a bunch of helpful newsletters on a daily basis sent to my personal email.  I signed up for that over a year ago, but do not remember how.   I want those going directly to my work email, and set up an account with my work email to accomplish this.   I cannot figure out how to quickly and easily configure the emails I receive from Tech Target.

If this is for ITKE, I would suggest clicking one of our main topics and clicking the 'follow button'. That way, you can get daily emails on the latest discussions, questions and blog posts. Here's an example: Microsoft Windows.

For TechTarget emails, here's where you can update your profile (make sure you're logged in).

    Hi Michael,

I followed the link for TechTarget emails.   There are only fields to update personal info & password.  There is no list of techtarget email offerings at that link.

By updating your profile, that will subscribe you to the daily emails.

    @Michael:
It's been several days since I opened my profile. I have "updated" it several times.   I have not received one daily email.

I'm finding the site surprisingly opaque: the only way I can get to my profile is through the link in the original confirmation email.  There appears to be no way from the homepage to quickly and easily go to my profile.

Also, there appears to be no way to  confirm that I have subscribed to daily emails, nor does there appear to be any straightforward interface that allows me to see what email digests I'm getting.

Very frustrating UI.  I suppose i could explore the site for hours and learn the answers to these questions, but I simply do not have that kind of time for this.

Are any of the responders to this thread employees, moderators, or admins of TechTarget?

There appears to be no link to the profile page, as others have said.

I did however manage access the profile link by resetting my password, and the profile link is in the reminder email.

go to the site where you want to receive newsletters, scroll down to the bottom of the page. click on "guides". when the page opens click on "Edit my profile" on top of the screen. once your profile appears scroll to the bottom page and click "save profile changes".

Make sure "Unsubscribe me from all TechTarget e-mails.If you no longer wish to receive e-mails from TechTarget's network of sites, please select this box" is unchecked.

rupsta1- that's an unsubscribe all option. How about selectively subscribing or unsubscribing to specific categories/topics?

I think TechTarget has made a change and we cannot select only the newsletters that are relevant to us anymore. I'm not interest in ALL topics, but I'm getting e-mails left and right about all topics. It's too much. They've lost my trust. I'm about to click on the unsubscribe all option!

Hi WonderWoman1! What newsletters would you like to unsubscribe too? I can certainly help with that.
