How do I fix my iPhone 4s that won’t turn on

My iPhone 4s was working pretty fine and all of the sudden the screen turned all white and then the iPhone shut down and it won't turn on no matter what, I tried charging it for a while but still nothing happened then I connected it to the PC and iTunes said that it can't access my iPhone cause it's locked with a pass code. How do I know what's wrong with it and what should I do?

Hope you have backup of your iPhone as you mentioned iTunes. Now you can try to reset the iPhone, but it may erase all personal data and bring back the device of its default values. Just try this, reset the iPhone by holding the sleep/wake button & the home button at the same time. Hold them both until you see the screen go black. Wait until the white Apple logo appears. When this happens, it allows to do the next job. The device reboots. Again if you have backups/ sync with iCloud/iTunes then do this trick. Else you can carry the iPhone to a local service center for more assistance. Also you can link here for more help from Apple, https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204306
