Hello, so I downloaded this game from a website and I tried to burn it to a blank CD. When I deleted the game from my PC, it didn’t work from the CD. What can I do? And how can I burn such games?

Not all games can be run from a CD. Depending on what you downloaded and the installation process there may be files that did not copy or were protected. The program may have had compressed files that will not be recognized on the CD until they are uncompressed.. When it come to games there are a lot of things going on we never see and they use to protect their rights. You may buy a game and download it for your personal use but if you try and burn copies for your friends they will not work. It’s all a part of the Digital Rights protection. Even still there are some games I own, that even after installation I still need the CD in the drive to play. The game does some kind of validation back to the installation media..What game is causing you issues?

Probably the game is copyrighted, that's why it may not write on external media. Some games play only for online but may not be copied to another media. You can check their website and see the details about license etc.

We can't know how to do it without knowing first exactly what you mean by "burn it to a blank CD", what game it is and perhaps what OS you're using.

The downloaded file(s) can certainly be put on a CD, but that doesn't mean that you can then run the game directly from that CD. It may need to be reinstalled first or other files might need to be created on the PC for use by the game or registration facility entries might need to be created or who knows what else.

If you want to save the downloaded file(s) to CD, it's usually different from installing a game on CD. So it depends on exactly what you want to do and on exactly what you're trying to do it with.

The basic answer might be "You can't."

Moreover, you can ask for buy the game that you wanted to download/want a copy to the manufacturer/agent and if there is an option to buy you can buy but before of that, must check after buying if that can be copied multiple times or external media. You can go through their Terms/Conditions to read their business policy.
