Assuming you are in a learning process. Have you ever tried to search the answer in your study materials? Have you asked your faculties? In one sentence, LiFi is a high speed wireless communication technology that uses visible light to transmit information. You can read a good book like, 'Principles of LED Light Communications: Towards Networked Li-Fi' by Svilen Dimitrov & Harald Haas.
