How can we read the data in network packets data in Wireshark

I'm using Wireshark, I want to know what's the data is sending to the Destination IP address using Wireshark. But it is showing in ASCII characters with lots of dots. How can I read the data? Ex: p, li { white-space: pre-wrap; }
