    Every minute? Really? That will be a hit to the system resources (CPU utilization and disk space).

    You will have to have a program running from a jobq that only submits this program (to avoid conflicts) after each IPL or return from restricted state.

    Program would have to loop after a delay. Use the APIs to collect the data into the program, then use an SQL command to write the data to a file. This program (to collect every minute) you would probably want to run continously.

    Unless you plan to review the data every few hours, seems like an overkill on the data collection side. Collecting data every minute will create 1440 records a day, 10,800a week, 43,680 a month, 524,160 a year. That is a lot of data so sift through to find anything meaningful. Even a minimal amount of data in each record this is going account for a lot of disk space after a few months.

    What specific problem are you trying to resolve? This seems like overkill on the data collection side.
