The reasonable way to do it is to buy a USB/Bluetooth adapter. A number of them can be ordered on-line or bought in large electronics stores. Most are under $20US.

Not sure I understand what you are looking to do.. Are you basically looking to transfer the contents of a USB drive to an IPad ? If that is the case there are other alternatives. There are articles on how to connect the device using Bluetooth like THIS ONE. The thing is you may need to find one specific to your OS versions.

Sorry for the late reply, What I’m trying to do, is with the new features on iPadOS it enables people to use mice, keyboards, game controllers, to interact with Their device. So I want to find a work around by Bluetooth instead of buying Expensive adaptors ECT. I know this will work because iPadOS enables USB devices ( Keyboards, Mice, Th umbdrives ) to work by cable. Rather than blue tooth. I would rather keep my existing Hardware which is wired to control the iPad, rather than just buying Adaptors, or Bluetooth accessories. Hope this makes sense to you.
