How can I find duplicate records in a MySQL database

I'm trying to pull out duplicate records in a MySQL database. I've already figured out how to do it this way:
SELECT address, count(id) as cnt FROM list
GROUP BY address HAVING cnt > 1
This is what it results in:
100 MAIN ST    2
But I need to do a pull that shows each row that has a duplicate, like this:
JIM    JONES    100 MAIN ST
JOHN   SMITH    100 MAIN ST
Any idea on how I can do this? Thank you.
