How did he change? How did he access your accounts? What happened earlier? Please back with more details. Though you can uninstall all remote software / tools from your systems. Uninstall all unnecessary plug-ins from all browsers. Make sure to off built-in remote access. However, more details are required.

Sorry to tell you it may not be possible. You may have a key logger on your computer that gave him all the credential information and then he logged in and changed everything and locked you out. Hopefully none of the accounts are banking related or you may be in for a real headache..I hope you set up a backup recovery method for your accounts. These may work by sending a link to reset your passwords to another email account or by a phone message. If the "hacker" changed these as well you may just be out of luck. Are you running any anti-virus and firewall programs? If so which ones and when was the last system scan run. I run a scan at least once a week or for every 10-12 hours I spend on-line to be safe.

What accounts? Do you really mean ALL places where you need a password?

Many places will send you an email message that your password has been changed. Did you get any of those types of messages.

    Most likely not possible.

Regardless of who did it, you still need to figure out why he/she was able to do it.

    You have a security problem.

Your machine, phone or wireless network (or all 3 of them) might have been compromised.
