How to stimulate call center agents during night shift

Good day Hope you are doing well. I work for a local government Contact Center in Durban, South Africa. Do you by any chance have tips on stimulating/keeping call center agents occupied during night shift. Nightshift has always been a nightmare for us, agents are falling asleep, a huge number of calls are getting dropped and I am also getting complaints from the Asset department that my guys are dismantling chairs to make beds at night. Drive your team with Targets. This will create interest among the team members to show who will be the top ranker. Drive the targets with incentives. Announcing incentives with individual metrics/team metrics would improve the quality and performance of the team.
