Is someone hacking me?

I am not a technological expert. Through hacking test, I found this IP address 192.168.1.65 and 192.168.1.64 intervening with my privacy however it is shown as private network. No location found. How do we find the hacker?

    How did you find this IP? Is it shown in your mobile/laptop or you saw in other devices? You mentioned, you are not a technical expert, so how did you know this is a private network, or not from in public network. For your information, please link www.iplocation.net and you can get some help.

    Where did you see this info? Is this a personal device or a company device? If it's work related, talk to your networking department. They have the tools to check it out. If it's a personal device, what made you look to see if you were hacked? Those IP addresses could be for other background apps that may be running like a cloud service. They could also be from a program doing updates.. Do these IP's disappear after awhile or are they always there?
