Google Chrome keeps forgetting usernames and passwords

I'm not sure why this is happening. Whenever I close out Google Chrome, it automatically clears all of my browser data and cookies. So basically, I have to keep putting in my usernames / passwords on all of my sites. How can I prevent that from happening?

Click on the 3 dots in the upper right and go to settings
scroll down and click on advanced
scroll dwn and in the Privacy and security section select the last option
“clear browsing data” 
Make sure the thing you want to keep are not checked off here.

    Why should these items be deleted if I do no press the .clear data' button. The answer does not make sense.

    @christec: Check out this link, it shows hoe to clear your history on exiting chrome. Just take a look and make sure you do not have yours set the same way. Some people prefer to have it cleared all the time, like me. I have sat in enough security classes to know that remembering passwords is an option I will never use. Someone hacks your system or you lose your device, they have access to everything..
