Hopefully they are not affected by virus but it may carry virus as payloads in email messages or the account has been hacked.

Why do you believe that your Gmail keeps getting a virus - is your address book being targeted? Your email address being 'spoofed' (people getting email that says it is from you)?

    E-mail accounts essentially don't "get a virus".

A virus might affect an e-mail server, but that's extremely unlikely for GMail. Or a virus might affect the e-mail client that you use, but it likely won't care what e-mail accounts you use through. Any account no matter who the provider is would have a chance to be affected.

If you really are being affected by a virus, you need to learn much more about safe computing practices, or you should have a trained person clean up your system and install protections. Without a clear description of a problem, we have no way to know if a "virus" is involved at all.

... And changing passwords is absolutely not related todo virus infections.
