We're very excited that we have new printers coming to our office within the next few weeks. So we're trying to give the usergroup 'everyone' access to the printers so they function correctly. Is there a script to do this? We want to push it out to everyone. We're on Windows 10 if that helps. And they won't be on our server either (hosted I mean). Thanks so much.
First install the printer driver on main computer from where you wanted to share the printer to other desktops. Now create share by selecting the installed printer's properties, where is a sharing tab and you can check sharing this printer checkbox. Now you have to setup the all other computers to crate permissions. You can check here for more details, although this is based on brother printer, but the concept is almost same.
