After working full-time 30 months in SAP roll-out I decided to pursue SAP functional consultant career, but I find hard to gauge my chances of success. I have a very broad functional experience (10 years in Value Chain Mgmt, rotating from Procurement to Sales) that served well working with SD/MM in the project (e.g. worked closely w/ SAP consultants, trained users in various countries, signed-off process design). I am currently enrolled in a top 20 MBA and will try to find consulting job at big SAP partners like Accenture. I have only SD certification (so far) but also experience as power-user/trainer in MM and IS-OIL. As to why I want to make this move is mainly because I love the job and Id be willing to take a pay cut. Also have strong international exposure and language skills (4 languages) if you think that can be a plus. Can anyone give some advice regarding my chances and what I should do to improve them? Thanks so much in advance.
