Free/busy synch outside of Exchange organization

Is there a tool anyone can recommend for synching GAL & free/busy info to another domain/exchange organization? We are AD/200 - Exchange2003, SP1. We have a "sister" company that needs to synch free/busy & GAL and I don't know of a way to do that within the current domain structure. We may eventually add this domain to our forest....but for now we aren't. Any advice is appreciated and thank you in advance.

For GALs, you might want to check out the Identity Integration Feature Pack (IIFP) http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/GAL-Sync-Identity-Integration-Feature-Pack-IIFP.html

I’m not sur about free/busy status, but IFFP may handle it in the full version since it can do the full AD.
